Shipping policy
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. nomorehate.us is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off to the shipping provider.
Tracking & Proof of Delivery
Every order ships with tracking. Tracking information is automatically emailed to the address provided at checkout and is also viewable in your order confirmation.
By placing an order, you agree that:
• The shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
• Delivery is considered complete when the carrier’s tracking status shows the package as “Delivered” to the address provided.
• For orders over $200, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
nomorehate.us is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after the carrier marks them as delivered. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
1. Check around your property, with neighbors, and with anyone else at the address.
2. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
3. Contact us at nomorehate.us@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist.
We are happy to help investigate, but claims for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are handled at nomorehate.us discretion and are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.
Incorrect Address / Refused / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment. Orders will not be automatically refunded in these cases.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. nomorehate.us has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
Order Disputes & Chargebacks
We want every customer to have a great experience. If there is ever an issue with your order — wrong item, damaged item, or non-delivery — please contact us first at [support email] before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We resolve the vast majority of issues within 7 business days and can typically respond faster than a bank dispute process.
